Our Motivation to
We love Sunnyslope because God loved us first. At one time or another, each of us at NMC has had the opportunity to put our faith and trust in Jesus Christ as the only way, the author of truth, and the only source of life. We knew we were not enough to measure up to God's standards on our own. We chose to let Jesus' sacrifice on the cross be the only way to obtain forgiveness from God for our desire to go against his ways.

We start a relationship with God through Jesus Christ when we accept his free gift of salvation from our sinful state. God gives us his Holy Spirit to teach us and convict us to grow to show his character more. As God's character shows, we want to love others; we have joy in all circumstances; we have peace with God and more often with men; we grow in patience; we show more kindness; we act out of goodness; and we are able to not act on impulse, but intentionally more often.

That love is directed through the Greatest Commandments to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength" and to "Love your neighbor as yourself"
You are our neighbor, a member of our commmunity. Out of God's love for us, we love you!

Admit
